SSL Offloading with UTM inspection

Hi,

I am trying to implement SSL offloading in Half mode  for our Web server with UTM inspection Proxy based.

I have seen two options for this plan,

After SSL  traffic offloaded by Firewall X-forwarded HTTP headers to the plain text HTTP traffic will be added

(or)

I have to configure   FortiGate  as a SSL server   and Reverse Proxy with SSL offload. 

Can any one suggest which will be better solution
