SSL Inspection feature and the type of licensing model.

SSL inspection feature comes by default and there is no separate license to activate SSL inspection. However, if somebody wants to do an SSL inspection for any data traffic but does not have any UTM profiles(license required) attached to that policy then pretty much no separate scanning will be done and the packet will be decrypted, and checked for layer 3/4 and encrypted back again. No threat scanning in terms of the application layer will be done as such in the absence of other UTM profiles.
