SSL connection is blocked due to unable to retrieve server's certificate

I have a Cluster FG100F running 7.4.5 security Profile with SSL/SSH Inspection Read Only applied to Internet Policy. When the Server certificate SNI check is enabled, the firewall blocks most websites. When I disable it, it works.
