SSH access FMG

Hi guys,

After I upgrade Fortimanager to 5.4.1 I had lost access via SSH.

 

When I run the command "execute certificate local generate" the SSH access get back, but I'm not able to log in with my user. Tried 2 different users.

 

Anyone know what can I do to solve this?

    what is the FMG model? how about console/telnet and http?

    It's 3000C. Telnet and HTTP (s) works ok. But SSH no.

    can you provide "dia system flash list" and "dia system print df"

     

    also do a check if "exec backup all-settings" still OK?
