Split FAZ from FMG - Design Question

Hi,

we have a FortiManager VM with a 100 Device License which I will setup from scratch this month.

Has someone experience in what scenario (eg xGig logs/day) it makes sense to split FMG and FAZ into two VMs? And do I need the complete licenses twice for that?
