Spanning Tree FortiOS 6.0.4

Hi,

what is the difference between the setting "STP" on a hardware switch in the gui and the setting "set stpforward enable" using the cli, as per the handbook. I'm dealing with a 90D, firmware FortiOS v6.0.4 build0231 (GA).
