SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN

I need to mirror traffic on one VLAN to a sniffer.  I need to know how to send the traffic directly to an attached device.  Using RSPAN do I match the gateway IP of the VLAN and assign VLAN 4092 to the destination port that the devices is connected to?
