Spam URL at Mails

Hi,

at the moment we have a lot problems with E-Mails witch contans URL for example "www.cheycombartdwel1980.blogspot.hr"

All Scan says "clean", but if you open the link, i think there multiple relais or somethings, at the end fortigate blocks with "spam url" or our AntiVirus "Bitdefender" blocks with the Message

"URL:    finansos.top/prib.html"

Website-Status:    Antiphishing blocked

How its possible that Fortimail and Sandbox says its clean?
