Some websites are not accessible when connected to VPN

Hello,

Very interestingly that I am not able to access this website after connecting to VPN using FortiClient. What would be the possible reason for this problem and what can I do to fix it.

    If you "ping docs.devexpress.com" from a cmd prompt, does it give you an IP address? (It won't return a ping, I'm just wondering about your DNS)

     

    and how are you tunneling? Split or forced?
