Question

Some SSID's disappear after the 7.6.5 or 7.6.6 upgrade

Hello, I have a 200F fortigate and it's working with 7.6.4 firmware.  After I upgraded, I can't see some SSID (WPA2 Personal).

But WPA2 Enterprise and Open Guest SSID are working. Why might this happen?

Thank you.

Hi

In there firmware release notes I can't see any dropped WiFi security protocol in these new releases.

Probably the SSID are still here but were disabled by the upgrade. You can check under menu WiFi & Switch Controller > SSID.

Do you mean even the SSIDs that disappeared are still listed and enabled?

I have 62 APs 431G. All firmwares are v7.6.3 build1032 and I tried different AP firmwares.

Can you post a screenshot of one impacted SSID?

Also try the following: edit the SSID, change simething (like alias or other) and save the config, and see if it helps or if FGT shows an error while saving.

I can't always do testing because production has stopped. But I will try and write here.

i have the same problem after upgrading from 7.4.11 to 7.6.6.

I have a 100F and some 231K running 7.6.4

If i create a new ssid with a wpa2 key, it is still not working....
