Some devices connected without Internet access

Please, we've created a simple wi-fi SSID with Internet shared through unique user and password. Some Android devices can connect and access the Internet without problems. Other Android devices can connect to SSID too, but there is no response, like there were no Internet access. How can we see the LOGS from this "problematic" devices connected? We'd like to identify the problem. Thank you.
