SNMP monitoring VPN tunnel state

Hi there! Well, I'm pretty new to this so I have to ask you since I wasted some hours on this issue and didn't got a solution.

We have a SNMP Monitor, where we added our sensors.. everything worked fine until now. 

The monitoring for the VPN tunnel state sensor-"names" aren't correct anymore. For example: A VPN state is down in Germany, while it shows Italy should be down, which of course isn't true.  I found out about the SNMP-Index - just picked them out of the config and tried to search for the sensor with the SNMP Tester and the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.12.2.2.1.20.x (x means the SNMP-Index). However, it's still not working and I think its something about the order of the index.
