Skype - Excluded from call

Hello,

 

I have a problem between Web Filter and Skype.

 I can launch skype, connect to it, i can see my contact...

When i start a new call, my contact can respond, but...

 

But when he respond (or me if it's him who call) the conversation start but we have no sounds, no camera and after exactly 10 seconds, the conversation stop with the message "excluded from call" ("exclu de l'appel" in french)

 

If i disable the Web Filter everythings works find

 

I have try some solution like enable URL filter and allow some URL but nothing seems work.

 

Do you have a solution for me ?

    Hello ChelOoGarOo,

     

    Can you do a packet capture and send it to me when you start Skype and do the call and got to the part where you no sounds and camera?

     

    You can send me the pcap and Web Filter and Forward Traffic logs in a PM or to my email hmtay@fortinet.com.
