Site to Site vpn

Hello 

i try to simulate a site to site vpn using gns3, i used the wizrad ti create the tunnel, but it does not go up, i did a debug on ike and got the error, phase 1 down, and debug flow gives me the result in the image, can you help to find the issue please?
