Site to site and ipsec vpn

Hello,

I bought a used fortinet 60D and as an excuse to learn I’m trying to setup a site to site vpn between my site and aws but would like to create an ipsec vpn connection in order to access my network and aws network remotely. Site to site vpn is working perfectly but after setting up the ipsec vpn it is always displayed as “inactive”.

I have 1 static IP address configured.

Is it possible to achieve this? Any guidelines?
