Site not accessible Error 403 Forbidden Error

Good day All

Please can someone advise on an issue I have where this site is being rejected:

Can't see any traffic being generated in logs.

Tried allowing/exempting it in Web Filter, adding this site in the SSL inspection exemption list and also turned off IPS.

No luck.

Not sure if it's my Certificate from the device and the site is rejecting it perhaps.

I've eliminated Any other Firewall and Anti Virus as suspect as well, site works fine when not browsing through FG Proxy.

Any help would be appreciated.

it does give me a 403 here too. So seems not to be due to your setup but omething faulty on that Site?
