Site can't be reached

Hello Everyone,

So I have been trying to figure out which Inspection mode to use - Flow or Proxy mode.  I have seen issues where certain websites will not load on Flow mode (i.e. instagram.com) but it work on Proxy mode.  But then if I change to Proxy mode, website like amazon.com will not come up - site can't be reached error.  Very frustrating!!!!

Any one else have these issues, thanks in advanced!
