SIP TLS decrypt and forward to SIP server/proxy unencrypted?

Is this possible?  We have a Cudatel Communication Server 370, their support guy verified they do not do SIP TLS nor certificate use except for their web UI.  I am attempting to configure a SIP connection that requires SIP TLS to the SBC which for us will hopefully be our Fortigate 100D.

    What I found it's not possible, here are the supported modes in the configuration (config voip profile):

    Select SSL mode:

    full — client-to-FortiGate and FortiGate-to-client
    off — no SSL
