SIP in nat voice configuration problem

Dear all,
I have a fortinet firewall:FortiGate 110C ; Firmware Version v4.0,build0313,110301 (MR2 Patch 4) I am working in NAT voice configuration (topo in file I attached)
Registration of IP Phone ext: 1708 with CUCM is ok but when check on CUCM, I saw IP LAN of IP Phone ext 1708 - 172.16.0.116.
Although I did NAT 1:1 on firewall forigate 110C and open the policy any 2 way. I expect see IP NAT (10.a.b.244) of IP Phone ext 1708 on my CUCM at headquarter site. Please help me urgent!
