simple deployment topolgy

I have to deploy a fortigate in  the following environment :

 the costumer has a dsl modem internet connection type

all users are connected to a switch connected to the modem and all use the same range of ips 192168.0.0

so here the FG can only be deployed in transparent mode after the switch level ?
