Setting Up Users with Monthly Quota

Is it possible to set up users with a captive portal so that if on lan &/or wifi; users will login and have a monthly quota.

At the end of the month, quotas would refresh, also the ability to add quota to specific users as required.

We are looking at something like the Fortinet FortiGate 60E plus managed switch and access point.[/ul][ul]

There is only 7 main users and about 15 additional users; though some with multiple devices. A few devices will also need priority also.[/ul][ul]

Any help or suggestion would be great.[/ul]
