Service 'fortiapd' (fortiapd) failed to start

Dears; I've uninstalled Forticlient to upgrade to version 6 But I get the following error message:

"Service 'fortiapd' (fortiapd) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

Although I have Administrator privileges.
