Server through Azure VPN

I am fairly new to Fortigate appliances.  I have a functioning site to site VPN between Azure and the 100D at my main office.  I have just finished configuring LDAP, AD, and DNS on an Azure VM.  However, It toes not appear that I am able to connect to LDAP or DNS on the server sitting in Azure.  Does anyone have any experience with a configuration such as this?
