See outbound FTP traffic

Hi everyone, I just joined the forum because I've been unable to figure out how to do this on my own, hoping someone can help. I really need to see outbound FTP traffic from employees within my company.  How would I go about being able to do this?  I just want to monitor at this point, see things like origination ip, destination ip, user if possible, etc.

Can anyone help?
