Security policy for remote Vpn

Hello, I have setup a remote access vpn using forticlient and can connect to internal network browse the internet through the fortigate. I am using a Alcatel softphone on my local PC. I can't get it to connect. The security policies are as follows. Remote to lan Lan to remote Remote to wan. What am I missing because I'm able to connect to the phone system to manage it? What I would do when I don't have protocol detail of the application that interacts with a server(s) over the network is to compare packets flows between when it is connected locally and when it tries to connect remotely but fails with wireshark.

The placement of policies seems to be fine so probably the content of the policies is blocking something unexpected.
