Security Fabric Fortigate Telemetry "Failed to retrieve info"

I've enabled security fabric on my 2 Fortigate 501E.

On the main site all works fine (Should be the upstream FortiGate)

The second one gives me an error "Failed to retrieve info" for the main site:

 

 

Maybe someone know whats my fault.
