Security Fabric Connection check box is missing when setup AP point

My guess is you are running 6.4 on your 200E while on your 200D you are running and older firmware version.  There was a change in 6.4 to the Access options:

Security Fabric connection is a combination of the CAPWAP and FortiTelemetry settings, as noted in the KB linked by @GDiFi .

If you hover your mouse over the little 'i' icon next to Security Fabric Connection, the FortiGate GUI will inform you of that as well :).

On the 200d you will never find it. But use telemetry and capwap instead.
