Search Faz Logs using XML request

As per XML-based FortiAnalyzer Application Programming Interface (API) guide, we are trying to fetch the logs using API elements "search Faz logs" request. where as is it possible to define the date and time criteria in search request to get the corresponding traffic log output . if we don't have time filtering option in this request do we have any alternate way to achieve this requirement
