Question

SDWAN and site2site vpn

We have 2 sites and both of them have a FortiGate 100E firewall. Site A is connected to internet with 2 lines, lets call them adsl1 and adsl2, and an SDWAN is configured for all the outgoing traffic. Site B is connected to internet with one line (adsl3) only and a site2site ipsec vpn is configured using adsl2 on site A and adsl3 on site B.

This solution worked in the past but suddenly we start experiencing poor performance moving files from Site B to Site A. I wonder if it is better to remove adsl2 from SDWAN, don't know if SDWAN can create  some interferences with the site2site vpn with traffic going to site B via adsl1.
