SD-WAN UNDERLAY AND APPLICATION MONITORING SERVICE

 I would like to know the difference between the capabilities that a native SD-WAN at the Fortigate level can offer and those offered by the UNDERLAY AND APPLICATION MONITORING SERVICE license.
When should this license be used ? What are technical limitations in native sd-wan in fortigate ?
