SD-WAN member failure takes out whole wan for period of time

I have an SD-Wan setup on a 60f with 3 NBN satellite services and one 4G service. All works well, but if any service should fail the performance sla (10% packet loss) the whole SD-Wan is offline for a minute or so while the failed service is removed, same again when it comes back online. I would have though the failure should be transparent to anyone other than whoever was using that service ? Not sure of firmware version, but it is latest minus 1 (can't remote access ATM).

Any ideas what I have done wrong ?
