Sandbox and Newsletter Email

HI,

we have at the moment that we get a lot Emails with Newsletter.

We found out, that to the time when we receive the Newsletter, there was an Email in the Sandbox with an URL to conform the Newsletter.

Its possible that the Sandbox open the URL in the Email and this conform the Email Adress for the Newsletter?
