Sandbox 2.2.2 and 2.3.0

Just a heads up if anyone is thinking of upgrading:

We have a FortiMail paired with a sandbox.

2.2.2: There is an issue with emails getting stuck in the FortiMail queue because the Fortimail will not see the status of the file on the sandbox, which will result in emails getting delayed until the timeout occurs, default it 30 min.

2.3.0 Was supposed to fix the issue above, but they introduced a few other nasty bugs.

When upgraded the VM´s would not come up, it failed with cloning the VM´s, I waited two hours before I reverted.

I eventually tried again, and reseted the sandbox, this time I was able to bring the VM´s up.

next bug was the scan time, a single file could take between 700 seconds to 2300 seconds, that´s 38 min. My queue was quickly filling up...

In the end i re-deployed the sandbox to version 2.2.1.

And if you are thinking of downgrading.. it´s not supported so you can´t. If you are using a virtual sandbox, create a snapshot before upgrading.

My issues might not affect everyone, but be aware ;)
