Running Forticlient without local Admin rights

Does anyone know how to configure the forticlient to run without local admin rights? When I try to start the client it tells me I have to be a local admin to run it but then the client opens but then try to connect I am given the error " unable to start IPSec service" . Any ideas? Thanks
