Is it possible to run Forticlient ssl vpn before windows login? We are adding computers to a windows domain from our office and we have not found a way to do this with the ones running forticlient ssl vpn. With windows pptp vpn you can when you make the connection you can add that all other users can use the connection and it will pop up after you have added the computer to the domain at the login screen when you press the switch user button. This will make a new icon appear in the lower left corner for pptp vpn and you can log in directly into the domain.

Hi Kim, and welcome to the forum, Yes it´s possible, but you need the " real" FortiClient and not the " FortiClient SSLVPN" . You can find it here: www.forticlient.com or login to the support site support.fortinet.com Once installed, you need to go to Settings and enable " Enable VPN Before logon" Then you can use either IPSEC or SSLVPN Before login.

    Hello,

i have a strange problem: i use this feature in order to launch script.bat when AD user connect to domain.

After Windows login the tunnel is ok but the share dont' appear.

If i make logoff-logon another time the share appear.

    Some idea?

We're having the same issue as siannielo. VPN Tunnel is build, but no script is running.

What seems to do the trick, but still testing is to insert a pause.

We now have a 30 second sleep (kix script) and it looks like that there is enough time to have the tunnel build and because of that the loginscript can use it.
