RTP drops in on Conference

Ok here goes. 

Call comes into fortinet to port forwarded ip. Caller 1-->2 all is well. Caller Conferences to Caller 3 all is well. When caller 1 drops the call stays up but 2<-->3 loses rtp. Any idea? Probably need more information just let me know. Thanks

    Hi there! Is this a VoIP or a VideoConference meeting? Wich technology? (ie: Avaya Aura CM, Cisco CUCM).

     

    I remember how the session helper made some strange beahavior too.

    Like this one:

    In CLI

    show system session-helper

    edit 13 set name sip set protocol 17 set port 5060 next

     

    Just for tring something, you could do a backup for the session helper, remove them and try again.
