RSSO intermittent losing groups

Hi all

Can anyone confirm if there are issues with Radius single sign on where some times radius update packets doesn't get receive by the fortigate.  Some users at most time fortigate sees the groups, but some time it doesnt.  Althought on radius server logs and NPS, thess groups are showing
