RSA new pin Wrong -7201

Hi Team
We are setting up Forti VPN client, and for the MFA when we use Authenticator app the it connects fine.
But when we use the text based authentication the text message is received but when we enter the text code we get "RSA new pin Wrong -7201" and not getting connected to VPN.  Is it a timeout issue? please help with this.  Thanks in advance
