Routed and Transport mode

Hello Friend

I have a question about Fortigate deployment mode:

Can we deploy  fotigate Firewall in route mode and transparent mode simultaneously?

For example: Can we use a VDOM in Routed mode and another VDOM in transparent mode simultaneously ?
