Route Traffic specific WAN

In explicit proxy mode, we have 2 different gateways (router to isp1 and router to isp2).  We wanted to direct certain AD user groups to router1 and some to router2, but this does not seem to be possible.  With SD-WAN, we can set priority by source user to a specific gateway, but it only sets priority.  It does not enforce the user out of that gateway..

 

What I want to know today, if

  • there is a way (perhaps with new forti os features or in a different configuration) to redirect user groups to the different routers? 
  • If not possible by user, can we do it by source ip address?[/ol]
