Route traffic by address

Hello,

We are running fortiOS 5.2.5 and would like to route traffic via WAN2 based on address.

Our traffic is audited and so we are getting an extra WAN connection just for youtube, spotify and others. Is there a way to route traffic to WAN2 based on address? I have tried to setup a policy routing but all traffic keeps going out through WAN1.

Static routing sets both WANs on same distance/source but different priority (WAN2 has a lower priority).
