Restore Config FortiConnect 14.2

Hello,

I want to restore a configuration file from one FortiConnect Server 14.2 to another using Backup to ftp-server function.

@ GUI I can see all the files stored at the ftp-server, but restore is not working. --> "errror downloading the file"

@ CLI I cannot see all the files stored at ftp-server so I can't restore a configuration file from another system!

What is going wrong?

Pls help.
