Replacement message is not appear

Hi everyone

 

I need your help.

I've configured the URL Filtering for facebook.com blocking but when I try to access the website I didn't see the URL blocking on my screen I just see the error message.

The log has shown "blocked" but the replacement message is not appear.

Could you help me to check this problem?

    I would like to ask whether certificate which is used in certificate/deep inspection are imported on the PC side?

    Please check if this KB is helpful to you.
    You may need to apply deep inspection too for the replacement message to work correctly.
