Remote WLAN FortiAP doesn't work

I try to setup a FortiAP 221-C to remote access for our employees, I follow these guides:

This is for FortiOS 5.2 needs an updated refresh to the version 5.4

In this part I cannot figure out the Outgoing Interface is the WAN1 and LAN but in my version is one or other

Also when I connect the FortiAP to other router to test the access the SSID is not showing so only works connected to the Fortigate.

First issue, did you try with two rules?

Second issue, try to add an DHCP option 138:
