remote VPN client Tunnel issue

hello team, reccently we are working in the deployement of FG 200D  where we faced an issue with the ipsec vpn with forticlient We need remote access through vpn client but with different access resources that not have the same access so we thinked about create several remote vpn tunnels with forticlient where for each vpn tunnel has it s access rule and specific user group: the problem that we face is that we cannot establish two vpn tunnels with forticlients ( Each user has each VPN client)  at the same time Only one vpn client works and the rest no, as the other vpn tunnels that they try to establish the tunnel match always the same tunnel and the first tunnel interface, who is the only one that it worked for us.
