remote access point with local internet gateway

can we configure fortiaps to use the local internet router to connect to the internet . the access points will be registered on the fortigate which is located in the HQ .

    Well for that you'd have to put the Wifi clients within the local network

     

    Go to WiFi Controller > WiFi Network > SSID and Create New

    Set the Traffic Mode to Local bridge with FortiAPs Interface

    Configure the rest as needed

     

    Go to the FortiAP Profiles and edit your AP Profile to include the new SSID
