Remote Access Fortimanager not work

Hello
I have a 10.x.x.x/8 network with several FGT clients that are managed in FMG. I cannot access the FGT clients through Remote Access in FMG. What should I analyze to find out why Remote Access is not working?

Hi @flamengo ,

Do you mean the CLI widget access in the FGT on FMG?

Is the connection to the FGT from FMG up? Can you Ping the FGT from FMG with 10.x.x.x IP? Make sure that the connection IP of the FGT on FMG is 10.x.x.x.

And the most important thing is, did it work before?
