Regarding connect Router SFP+ to fortigate SFP

Hello All,

can any body help me pleas,

i have router HPE HSR6800 SFP+ and the speed up to 800 mbps

if i will connect this router  HPE HSR6800 SFP+ port  with fortigate  100E SFP port or Fortigate 201E SFP port i get the same speed or i get decrease speed 

the last thing i get any problem between the link from port SFP+ to port SFP
