Redirect TikTok Traffic

You can do that, you should use SD-WAN and create SD-WAN rules to redirect the traffic according to your design. Tiktok via wan1 and the remain traffic via wan2.

yes you can do that if you are using sdwan and using manual rule

If no SDWAN then the same can be achieved using policy route and setting FQDN as destination
