Recurring "Endpoint blocked by EMS" error on FortiClient v7.2.5
Hello,
I am currently using FortiClient EMS version 7.2.4, while our field users are running version 7.2.5. Occasionally, some users encounter the 'Endpoint blocked by EMS' error.
There are no issues regarding the device license status. I can resolve the issue temporarily by manually unblocking the user from the console, but this is not a permanent solution as the problem recurs. What could be the underlying causes of this issue?
